FREE U.S. SHIPPING ON G-TRAK Standalone Products

  • All G-TRAK orders within the continental United States ship free.\

CANADA SHIPPING

  • Orders placed from Canada will have shipping fees related to handling and border crossing.  To see specific charges you'll need to refer to the items once they are in the cart and shipping information has been provided.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent.  This means that G-TRAK has received your order in our system.  Once the order is received, G-TRAK will review payment information and reach out directly if there are any issues that prevent the sale from being completed.

SHIPPING TIME AND METHOD

All orders are shipped within the lead time posted on our product pages.  Your shipment will be sent via FedEx, UPS, or LTL Freight depending on the product and weight.  Depending on the item value, your order may require signature confirmation.  This means that an adult over 18 at the time of delivery may be required to sign and accept the product.  If your order requires confirmation and you will not be home, please contact info@g-trak.com to arrange a will-call pickup at a nearby FedEx or UPS location if available for the product.

SHIPMENT 

An email with tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.  If you have not received tracking info within 3 days of the lead time posted on the product page, please contact info@g-trak.com.  Once an order has shipped, cancellation is not permitted.  Note: Once an order shows as "Delivered" to the shipping address as a result of the tracking information provided by the carrier, G-TRAK is not responsible for any "unreceived/nonreceivable".  No refund or replacement is given for "Delivered" orders that are not received.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours to avoid a 3% processing fee.  If the order has shipped, the customer is responsible for shiping costs to return the item as well as the 3% reprocessing fee.  If you need to cancel an order, please do so immediately to avoid return shipping fees.  Items cancelled after the item has shipped will be treated as a regular 30-day return and the return shipping costs and restocking fees will apply.
